Objectives

INSA Business Marketing & Communication School offers its own higher education courses in various fields of business.

All the school qualifications reflect the job offers that come from the professional world, which more and more is demanding new occupational specialities different from the traditional ones.

The business world requires qualified professionals in the areas of sales, marketing, advertising, public relations and executive assistants, with extensive training in languages and command of new technologies.

In our studies we hope that the students gain personal and technical social skills, as well as the tools necessary for successful integration into the workplace.


Total Quality Management

Conscious of the importance and the implications that the policies and the style of company management we wanted INSA Business Marketing & Communication School to base its organisation on what we call ‘Total Quality Management’. Its core themes are quality, full participation from all its members and a marked orientation towards client satisfaction with the objective of benefitting all its members as well as society. Thats why in 2005 we obtained the ISO 9001:2000 quality certificate.
